By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to enter into the purchase.

PRODUCTS

We make every effort to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. Please note that colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.

Some Xenia Joost pieces are produced in small quantities or from limited materials. Availability may therefore be limited.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are displayed in the currency shown in the online store and include applicable taxes where indicated.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

ORDERS

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there has been an obvious pricing or technical error, or if we are unable to process the order. If payment has already been made, the amount paid will be refunded.

SHIPPING

Orders are dispatched from Estonia.

Available shipping methods, costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and may vary depending on destination.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by the destination country. Where applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
